Job description

  • Collects payments by accepting cash, card, online or cheques from parents.
  • Generate Invoices
  • Generate credit notes
  • Enter Invoices and credit notes to the accounting software
  • Issuing receipts based on modes of transaction
  • Handover all receipts for the day to line manager, segregated by mode of payment in order for day closing in the system
  • Maintain proper record of collection of fees towards trips, extra-curricular activities or any other payments received
  • Provides fee information by answering questions in person, through phone or email
  • Follow policies and procedures; reporting to the line manager.

Suitable applicants must have:
1.  Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience.
