Capital School is seeking a professional Public Relations Manager to join the team and manage the school's public image, communications, and relationships with various stakeholders, including parents, the community, media, and staff.
Professional Roles and Responsibilities:
- Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies.
- Coordinating all public relations activities.
- Developing a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics.
- Coordinate all public relations activities.
- Direct social media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media.
- Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media.
- Manage media inquiries and interview requests.
- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.
- Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness.
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.
- Distributing information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress.
Suitable applicants must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a similar role, preferably within an educational environment or similar sector.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Age above 30 years.
