AI & Robotics Coordinator
Capital School is looking for an AI & Robotics Coordinator responsible for planning, developing, and implementing Artificial Intelligence and Robotics programs across different year groups. This role involves curriculum design, teaching, mentoring students, managing robotics labs, organizing competitions, and integrating AI-driven learning tools within the school or institution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Development & Instruction
- Design and implement AI & Robotics curriculum aligned with international standards (CBSE, IGCSE, British Curriculum, etc.).
- Teach and mentor students in AI, Robotics, Coding, IoT, and related STEM subjects.
- Integrate hands-on learning experiences using platforms like MC4.0, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and Python.
- Develop lesson plans, assessments, and student projects fostering creativity and problem-solving.
2. Program & Lab Coordination
- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the AI & Robotics Lab.
- Manage hardware (robot kits, sensors, microcontrollers, laptops, etc.) and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Coordinate with teachers and departments to integrate AI concepts across other subjects.
- Plan and lead extracurricular clubs, summer camps, and hackathons.
3. Innovation & Research
- Encourage students to participate in regional and international robotics competitions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, Machine Learning, and Educational Robotics.
- Develop research-based activities promoting computational thinking and innovation.
4. Training & Collaboration
- Conduct training workshops for teachers to enhance digital and AI literacy.
- Collaborate with external educational partners, tech institutions, and universities for academic exchange.
- Provide guidance for school-wide AI initiatives and digital transformation.
Qualifications:
- Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field.
- Teaching qualification or experience in STEM/ICT education (preferred).
- Experience with educational robotics platforms (Arduino, MC4.0, LEGO, VEX, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of programming languages (Python, Java, C++, Scratch, Blockly).
