We are seeking a personable, well-presented and highly organised Admissions Specialist to join our school.

The successful candidate will play a key role in welcoming prospective families, managing admissions enquiries and supporting parents throughout the admissions and enrolment process.

This is a front-facing role, requiring someone who is confident in communicating with families, takes pride in delivering an excellent standard of service and can represent the school in a professional and welcoming manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage admissions enquiries received by telephone, email and other communication channels.
• Act as a key point of contact for prospective parents, providing clear guidance throughout the admissions process.
• Arrange and conduct school tours for prospective families.
• Follow up with prospective parents and maintain regular communication.
• Oversee admissions applications, ensuring records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
• Build positive and lasting relationships with current and prospective families.
• Support the organisation and delivery of Open Days, school tours and other admissions events.
• Work closely with academic and administrative colleagues to ensure a smooth admissions experience.
• Contribute to the school's recruitment and enrolment objectives.

The Ideal Candidate

• Native-level English proficiency, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in school admissions, education, customer relations or a similar role would be advantageous.
• A warm, confident and approachable manner, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional presentation and the ability to communicate confidently with parents.
• A proactive approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
• Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
